To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

Check-In/Check-Out:

Respect the time for check in and check out. If you need an early check in or late check out, please ask for avaibility.

No Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

No Pets:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the properties in Lisbon and Costa da Caparica. Upon request, pets may be allowed at the Chaparral house, Montemor-o-Novo.

Quiet Hours:

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 22h and 08h, to respect our neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy:

Respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by non-registered guests are not permitted.

Cleanliness:

Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.

Waste Disposal:

Dispose of your trash in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged where possible.

Damage:

If any damage occurs during your stay, please inform us immediately. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of the apartment. We kindly ask that you do not use the towels to remove makeup, as makeup stains are very difficult to remove and may become permanent. In the event that towels are stained, we may need to charge a fee to cover the cost of replacement.

Key Return:

Please leave the keys on the table at check-out. Lost keys may result in a replacement fee. Do not leave at the lock door.

No Parties:

Parties and events are not allowed. We ask that you respect the space and our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.

To maintain the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of this area, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties either inside or outside the apartment, both during the day and at night. Additionally, to ensure a quiet environment for all, we request that no music be played during nighttime hours.

Please note that failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate check-out, without the right to a refund.

Foreign Nationals and Borders Service:

Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation

Terms and Conditions (T&C) 

All guests should know that by making a reservation with Soulplaces, they are committing to everything contained in this Terms and Conditions document, so please read it carefully and check for updates on all reservations.

Reservation Confirmation

After confirming your reservation, the guest will receive an email from Soulplaces with the reservation confirmation and explanations about the apartment.

The Guest will be asked to fill out a Pre-Check-In form that will request arrival time, your flight and identification documents of all guests and will be responsible for the veracity of the information given.

TOURIST TAXES

Lisbon - A 4€ tax is applied per overnight stay and per guest over the age of thirteen up to a limit of 7 overnight stays.

If the guest refuses to leave, Soulplaces reserves the right to enter the accommodation and call the proper authorities if necessary.

DAMAGES TO THE APARTMENT

Guests will be responsible for any damage to the accommodation and agree to pay for its repair/replacement, authorizing it to be charged to their credit or debit card, provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy(for website bookings):

For a cancellation made up to 5 days prior to the arrival date, a fee of up to 5% of the booking price (credit card fees) will be charged.

For a cancellation made within less than 5 days of the arrival date, the full booking price will be charged.

Please note that there will be no refunds if the guest decides to leave earlier than the scheduled departure date.

It is recommended that guests review this cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.

ABOUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.

These terms and conditions are subject to Portuguese law. The Portuguese Courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any legal action relating to any accommodation booking with Soulplaces.
