House Rules:

Check-In / Check-Out
Please respect the check-in and check-out times. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, kindly check availability in advance.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Quiet Hours
Respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by non-registered guests are not permitted.

Cleanliness
Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.

Waste Disposal
Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged whenever possible.

Damage
Please report any damage immediately. Do not use towels to remove makeup, as stains are difficult to remove and may incur replacement charges.

Key Return
Leave the keys on the table at check-out. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee. Do not leave keys in the door lock.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the space and the neighbors.

⚠️ Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund. Soulplaces reserves the right to enter the property and contact authorities if necessary.

Terms & Conditions (T&C)

By confirming a reservation with Soulplaces, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully and check for updates at the time of booking.

Reservation Confirmation
After confirmation, guests will receive an email with details and will be asked to complete a Pre-Check-In form including arrival time, flight details, and identification documents for all guests. Guests are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Tourist Taxes

• Lisbon – €4 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights.

• Caminha – €1.50 per person/night (May–Sept) and €1.00 (Oct–Apr), ages 16+, up to 7 nights.

• Ericeira (Mafra Municipality) – €2 per person/night (May–Oct) and €1 (Nov–Apr), ages 13+, up to 7 nights.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the credit/debit card used for booking.

Cancellation Policy (website bookings)

• Up to 10 days before arrival → up to 5% fee (credit card charges).

• Less than 10 days before arrival → full booking price.

• No refunds for early departures.

Legal Notice
Since 2015, Portuguese law requires accommodation providers to record entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts have exclusive jurisdiction in case of legal action.
